We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged products. Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging. For size exchanges, we offer free replacement within 15 days. Please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.

Yes, we offer special discounts for bulk orders from schools, colleges, sports academies, and institutions. Discounts start at 10% for orders above ₹50,000 and can go up to 25% for very large orders. Contact our sales team at sales@sportsstationary.shop for a customized quote.

Delivery times vary by location: Metro cities (3-5 days), Tier 2 cities (5-7 days), Other locations (7-10 days). Express delivery is available for metro cities within 2 days at an additional charge. During festive seasons, delivery may take 2-3 additional days.
